The protective overlay adds interactive whiteboard functionality to your plasma or liquid crystal display (LCD) panel. You simply touch the display to control any computer application or write in digital ink and then save all your work to print, e-mail or post online.

Compatible with a broad range of flat-panel display sizes and brands, SMART Board for Flat-Panel Displays interactive whiteboards use DViT (Digital Vision Touch) technology to ensure touch precision without compromising image quality.

Features

• DViT  technology lets you use your finger as a mouse and write on the screen – without special tools or reduction in image quality. DViT technology uses cameras to track contact on the screen.
• Sensors detect when a pen or eraser tool is picked up from the SMART Pen Tray. Buttons on the tray also allow you to choose an on-screen keyboard or right mouse button.
• Simply pick up a pen to write in digital ink. You can even use your finger to write. No special tools are required, and you don’t have to launch any software. Just walk up to the interactive whiteboard and start writing.
• Capture your work to Notebook software as a screen shot that you can edit, or save your notes directly into several software applications, including Windows versions of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, or into AutoCAD software.
• Create, organise and save notes, drawings and screen captures. Access thousands of free images and templates, interactive and educational content, advanced drawing tools and more from an easy-to-use interface.
